wondering how it all works?
We can chat through a virtual meeting, phone, or in-person over a drink or coffee. It is informal and not a sales call. We talk about you as a couple, your wedding vision for the day, and what type of entertainment experience you have been thinking about. It is the opporunity for you to see if we are a good fit for you. If you wish to further the conversation, we will send you a proposal with all of your details.

Your proposal will consist of two parts, your invoice and the contract. The $800 deposit is required to book. This can be paid right through the proposal itself! The contract will be e-signed as well. Upon completion of both, you are officially booked! You will have access to both your invoice and contract through the entire process.
step two - Booking
Planning is our specialty. With our planning and music selection app, recording the details to your wedding day is super easy. You literally can do it on the go to save you time.
We will do all the leg work but we ask that you open up to us about what type of music inspires you. From the energy of the evening, to every specific moment, we want to know how we can transform your day on the musical landscape platform.
Approximately three to four weeks out, we will hold a final planning meeting to go over your music and timeline. We will discuss the day, communications with the rest of your vendor team, discuss the looks and designs of our entertainment equipment and lighting for your specific reception, and answer any questions you might have.

The day has arrived! We will arrive hours before your guests do to ensure everything is ready to go. Music will be playing as your guests first enter to set the atmosphere and vibe of the day. We will help guide you and your guests through all the formalities as we become your host.
Of course when the dance floor opens and you and your guests are ready to party, we will be there with you. With energy and careful song selection, we will work to make it a night no one will ever forget, especially you.
